Keven has been coaching short track and long track speed skating in BC since 2008. He's had the privilege of coaching clubs across the Lower Mainland including Vancouver, Richmond, and Burnaby.
Keven has coached at Provincial and National level competitions. He was the Team Manager for the TeamBC Short Track Speed Skating Team at the 2023 Canada Winter Games and Head Coach of the Zone 3 Fraser Valley Speed Skating team at the 2024 BC Winter Games. Keven was the recipient of the 2024 SSBC Competitive Coach of the Year award and the inaugural 2024 SSBC Builder award. Keven is also Head Coach of the Sardis Fliers Speed Skating Club.

Samaira is a dedicated and aspiring junior coach. She strives to inspire young athletes with her passion for the speed skating. At just 16 years old, Samaira has quickly developed a love for speed and competition. She has participated in regional and provincial events, including the 2024 BC Winter Games and the 2025 BC Provincial Long Track Championships. Samaira had begun her coaching journey with the completion of the Fundamental Leaders Course, enhancing her coaching skills and deepening her commitment to fostering the next generation of skaters. With her enthusiasm and experience, Samaira is poised to make a significant impact in the world of speed skating.
